Entry tickets

Users can order and buy their entry tickets online. After subscribing and giving their email address (in the future, you will be able to contact them for your next event), they can order their ticket and even pay for it online. They will then receive a mail with a unique barcode which can be handled at the entrance.

When people arrive at your entrance, all that needs to be done is scan their paper and they are ready to party!

For nightclubs, we can also provide a member card system so that you can start a customer loyalty program. Feel free to contact us for more information about this functionality.

Parking spots

You can also attract more people to your event by guaranteeing them a parking spot. Your visitors will feel comfortable when they arrive, because they can park their car close to the entrance.

This extra service will also boost your revenue, as you will obviously not offer this extra service free of charge. Just as with the entry tickets, a printable barcode will be provided on every parking ticket. The parking-guard simply needs to scan it with a wireless scanner and people can enter.

Pre-registration

If your event requires you to get the contact details of every participant or if your nightclub works with a membership system, the online pre-registration will be a great help. With this module, people can fill out their personal details online. When they arrive at your entrance, you can select their name in the Point of Sale system and provide them with their ticket or their member card.
